It was a well-maintained and gorgeous hotel in a beach area, near the water park and the other fun stuff over there and the restaurants and buffet and The Moon Palace in February 2020 for the first time. I have stayed in superior deluxe king room with comfortable beds and a nice view, as for instance for 3 nights.

The staff - some of them were completely unhelpful.

The rooms are well-appointed and updated, with WiFi, a TV set, and a safe box. The food is good with plenty of options, including eggs and cereal.

I was given brand-new room with jacuzzi as well as the minibar.

The room was spacious and perfect for a wedding celebration, and the breakfast was extraordinary with a wide variety of delicious food.

Gorgeous accommodation, very amiable staff, exceptionally nice location in the Residence at Nizuc which is one of the three resorts on the Moon Palace Cancun properties. Brand-new unit with a king bed.

The location was marvellous, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Spa. Staff was knowledgeable, room was functional and updated.

This place is beautiful and quite clean, plus the Wi-Fi here is great! the staff is super friendly and the food they serve is delicious 🍽️. Additionally, it's convenient to find parking nearby.

Perfect hotel in a beautiful and nice location to moon palace, loved this place. The staff was hard-working and delivered outstanding service. The room was perfectly clean, well-appointed, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was extraordinary with a bunch of different salads, omelette and toasts, and the lobby bar was a plus. Location: the property was just next door to the amphitheater, Cancun for a concert and the shopping malls. There was a 24-hour restaurant nearby.

The staff was friendly & helpful. The resort was beautiful with lots of amenities and activities. The food was great and there was a variety of options. The scent of the resort was amazing. The room had a jetted bath, shower, and a balcony with a hammock. The pools were beautiful. The resort provided regular shuttles to different sections.

Felt like relaxing at home, no complaints.

The rooms here are peaceful, with a jacuzzi, cozy beds, and a lovely view, located just a short stroll from the Spa.

The all-inclusive features at Moon Palace were awesome. The drinks, like the negroni, scooby dooby margarita, mango tango, and mud slides, were all good. We also enjoyed the variety of activities available, like golf lessons. The ocean view from our room was great, and we liked being able to see the activities from our balcony. we had a fun and enjoyable stay at Moon Palace.

Felt at ease and well taken care of, nothing to complain about.
